Paper Submission & Publication
Please review the registration policies, fees, and important information below.
Registrations completed before July 5, 2026 are eligible for the discounted (Early Bird) rates.
Student registration is for conference attendance only and cannot be used for the publication/presentation of accepted papers. If a student is the only author and intends to publish the paper, a full registration fee must be paid for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
Each in-person full registration may cover up to two accepted papers. The second paper is subject to an additional paper surcharge of 2500 RMB / 360 USD.
Each virtual/online full registration may cover only one accepted paper.
An extra page charge applies to papers exceeding 6 pages. The fee is 1000 RMB / 150 USD per additional page, with a maximum of 2 extra pages.
Once an official invoice has been issued for registration payment, no refund will be processed.

1.We will charge CNY for all delegates. The amount of foreign currency will vary with the exchange rate.

1. The registration fee includes a conference bag and meals,accommodation and transportation expenses need to be borne by oneself.
2. In case you are unable to attend, to refund your registration fee, please click on the refund request process after log in.
3. In order to facilitate reimbursement, we will provide proof that Hangzhou Baibu Convention and Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. is the conference company of the iCaMaL2026 conference, and the remittance to the account is the iCaMaL2026 conference registration fee.
